THE IMPORTANCE OF ‘NON ATTACHMENT’

It has been said in many ways by many different people … ‘trust the process’, ‘let go and let God’, ‘detach from the outcome’ and ‘surrender to a higher power’, to name just a few of these commonly expressed terms.

For many people, such a leap of faith is easier said than done, but when you can truly ‘let go’ and allow what will be ‘to be’ we are often pleasantly surprised by the results.

One such example happened a few days ago with some personal wanding. On Sunday, 13^th June, I travelled from Sheffield to London and back for the UK leaders meeting hosted by Arun Kemer, CEO of Amega Global and Eric Banks, President of Amega Global. I had driven for a total of about 8 hours and spent around 5 hours sat in the meeting. I arrived home around midnight and within about 5 minutes my right leg gave way completely and I was in excruciating pain … not sure if it was very severe cramp or circulatory problems. Fortunately my wife and daughter helped me up the stairs. I briefly wanded my leg and had a fairly restless night. The following morning I could still hardly walk and wanded my leg again for about 15–20 mins. I stood up and was still in a lot of pain.

However after about 30 minutes of the second wanding, I got up from my PC and noticed that I had no pain at all in my right leg and had full range of movement. It was absolutely amazing and a great lesson for me of what can happen when you detach from the outcome and trust the process.

Having the opportunity to meet Arun and Eric in person as well as to get to know other leaders in the UK was an enjoyable experience and we will be posting some photos from the day on this blog.

On another very exciting note, our ‘Amega Wanderers’ team has grown to over 90 people in 12 countries, in just 3 months, and we want to share the teams amazing success stories with as many people as possible. Dr. Ramesh in his very early stages of his training as a Medical Student from KGMC, Lucknow, India could not understand how the instruction pattern to living systems was being transmitted. He also wondered why people became sick as they aged. He also noticed that many people in their old age were highly energetic and healthy. It is with this in mind that he went ahead in search of his quest in prevention of disease and aging. He is also a certified age management physician dealing with the Science of Youthful Aging.

During his search he went to several teachers, did conventional medical training as well as studied ancient non-conventional and futuristic techniques. Mr. Eric Banks, born in England, served his apprenticeship in engineering with Babcock & Wilcox and became a design engineer (HNC). Two years later, he established his own engineering consultancy with projects for large multi-nationals like Ford Motor Company and Matthew Hall. He was then recruited to become Deputy Chief Engineer for research and development for a division of Matthew Hall. Eric furthered his studies for an MBA to supplement his qualifications in finance & corporate law.

By his mid-thirties, deciding to follow the entrepreneurial spirit, Eric established a publishing company that specialized in the property market. At the same time he formed a property development company that built an Award winning group of twelve individual designer executive mansions on his Scottish country estate. Eric also acquired a large farm that he developed into a diversified leisure project with stabling for 20 horses and other amenities

Years later he moved to the Middle East and Singapore and started a group of International enterprises, dealing in Global Funds, Wealth & Asset Management, International O/S Banking and Real Estate projects in Asia Pacific and Europe.
